It's Carers Rights Day Thursday the 21st of November and we're getting involved in empowering carers to get their voice heard, find the support available to them and be involved shaping services.
So what do we have planned this Carers Rights Day?
Facebook Q&A for Carers
Join us on the Carer Support Wiltshire Facebook page on the morning of the 21st for answers to questions on carer involvement, transitions from young carer to young adult carer, carer assessments and more. Head over there now to post your comment!
Carer Drop in Information Event - Melksham Town Hall
If you're in WIltshire, come along to our drop in event for carers in Melksham Town Hall from 3-6pm. WIth information from Carer Support WIltshire and other organisations such as Healthwatch and Alzheimers Support, along with refreshments and craft activities for children!
Survey for hidden carers
We want to reach out to those carers who find it harder to reach out for help and support. Take our survey here and let us know what we can do to better support you.
