Support for YACs in Wiltshire

If you're a young adult carer in Wiltshire, then you may already come to our usual carer cafes. These have now moved online - click here to go to our Facebook page for information on when the next one is, and how to join in. You can also contact us here.

If you're already registered with us as a young adult carer, you can contact your support worker as normal through phone or email. If you're not registered with us and live in Wiltshire and want to get some support as a young adult carer, contact us here or click here to register.

‘The way that Wiltshire Council supports people during lockdown may change in some circumstances. This is because the Care Act has been altered temporarily by the Government. If you are affected by any changes made to the support for the person you care for and cannot manage, it is important that you let us (or Wiltshire Council) know.

You can contact us on: 0800 181 4118 or Wiltshire Council on 0300 456 0111 during office hours

Wiltshire Council also have a wellbeing helpline that is open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Weekends 10am – 4pm.
