Drinkline offer free, confidential, accurate and consistent information and advice to callers who are concerned about their own or someone else`s drinking. They are open 9am - 8pm Monday - Friday, and 11am-4pm Weekends.
The NHS 111 Helpline can be called if you are worried about an urgent medical concern for you or someone you care for. Depending on the situation they can connect you with a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can also assess if an ambulance is needed. Remember to call 999 if someone is unable to breathe or is not responding.

Macmillan Cancer Support can provide advice, information and support for those with cancer, or someone you look after. They are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm.
